¡Experiencia muy organizada!
Desde luego ha sido un acierto elegir a Nyala Tours para organizar nuestro viaje. Fuimos a Uganda por lo que considerábamos necesario algo de ayuda y no hemos podido elegir mejor.
Miguel estuvo pendiente de nosotros desde el primer momento para cualquier duda y además, fue muy flexible en cuanto a los pagos que teníamos que realizar y siempre disponible para hablar con él en cualquier momento, tanto antes como durante el viaje.
En cuanto a la organización del viaje, todo perfecto.
Nuestro guía nos recogió en el aeropuerto a nuestra llegada y nos acompañó hasta el último día. En nuestro caso, uno de los principales motivos para visitar este país fue realizar el trekking para ver los gorilas en Bwindi; experiencia muy bien organizada y muy recomendable. En general, quedamos muy contentos con todas las actividades realizadas. Los hoteles en los que nos alojamos contaban con todas las comodidades y todo el personal muy atento y dispuesto a ayudar.
En resumen, un destino muy recomendable para visitar y Nyala Tours la agencia para hacerlo.

Very organized experience!
It has certainly been a success choosing Nyala Tours to organize our trip. We went to Uganda so we considered we needed some help and we couldn’t have made a better choice. Miguel was attentive to us from the first moment for any questions and was also very flexible regarding the payments we had to make and always available to speak with him at any time, both before and during the trip.
Regarding the organization of the trip, everything was perfect. Our guide picked us up at the airport upon arrival and accompanied us until the last day. In our case, one of the main reasons for visiting this country was to trek to see the gorillas in Bwindi; Very well organized experience and highly recommended. In general, we were very happy with all the activities carried out. The hotels we stayed in had all the comforts and all the staff were very attentive and willing to help.
In short, a highly recommended destination to visit and Nyala Tours is the agency to do it.
