¡El viaje fue muy interesante y me encantó!
Quería agradecerte la gestión de nuestro viaje y comentarte sobre la experiencia para que tengas información.
La recepción para trasladarnos fue perfecta como siempre. Se puso en contacto la persona el día anterior para indicarme su nombre y la puerta en la que nos esperaba.
Tuvimos mucha suerte con el grupo con el que fuimos (puntuales, empáticos y comprensivos con los imprevistos). El guía también fue muy competente con las dificultades que se presentaron que te comentaré. Si tuviera que ponerle un pequeño pero, es que debería mejorar el nivel de español porque tiene que explicar mitología e historia y necesitas un lenguaje muy específico para eso. Por lo demás era muy resolutivo, una persona tuvo un pequeño accidente y consiguió que un farmacéutico acudiera a un punto de parada durante el viaje y proporcionarle lo que necesitaba (genial).
El viaje fue muy interesante y me encantó, sólo que no era consciente de la cantidad de horas que tendríamos que viajar en autobús y con mi problema de espalda no fue lo más conveniente. Se complicó porque de viaje a Capadocia, nevó, hubo un accidente y el viaje duró 13 horas. La visita que debíamos hacer por la tarde y además disfrutar del hotel con las termas, no pudo ser porque llegamos a las 11 de la noche. Son situaciones que se pueden dar en un viaje y como te comentaba por suerte todo el mundo se comportó muy educadamente.
En general, como te comenté, nos gusta todo lo que tiene que ver con historia, naturaleza y no tanto el tema compras y demás. Aunque ir a ver una fábrica de alfombras es interesante, hubiéramos preferido pasar más tiempo en cualquiera de las ruinas y no acudir a la fábrica de piel o de joyas, etc.
Nos gustó mucho Turquía y espero volver a viajar en cuanto ahorre, aunque de momento no puedo realizar los que impliquen muchas horas de autobús o de vuelo, un saludo.

The trip was very interesting and I loved it!
I wanted to thank you for organizing our trip and share my experience with you so you have some information.
The transfer was perfect, as always. The person who met us the day before contacted me to let me know their name and the gate where they would be waiting for us.
We were very lucky with the group we traveled with (punctual, empathetic, and understanding of unexpected situations). The guide was also very competent in handling the difficulties that arose, which I’ll tell you about later. If I had to find a small fault, it would be that he should improve his Spanish because he has to explain mythology and history, and you need very specific language for that. Otherwise, he was very resourceful. One person had a minor accident, and he managed to get a pharmacist to come to a stop along the way and provide what they needed (fantastic!).
The trip was very interesting, and I loved it. I just wasn’t aware of how many hours we would have to travel by bus, and with my back problem, it wasn’t the most convenient option. Things got complicated because on our way to Cappadocia, it snowed, there was an accident, and the trip took 13 hours. The visit we were supposed to do in the afternoon, along with enjoying the hotel and its thermal baths, couldn’t happen because we arrived at 11 pm. These things can happen on a trip, and as I mentioned, luckily everyone was very polite.
In general, as I said, we like everything related to history and nature, and not so much shopping and such. Although visiting a carpet factory is interesting, we would have preferred to spend more time at any of the ruins and not go to the leather or jewelry factory, etc.
We really enjoyed Turkey, and I hope to travel there again as soon as I save up, although for now I can’t do trips that involve long bus or plane journeys. Best regards.
