¡Gracias de corazón!
Acabamos de regresar de nuestro viaje a Kenia organizado por Nyala Tours y solo podemos sentir gratitud.
Ha sido un viaje precioso, muy bien organizado desde el primer momento. Los safaris han sido una experiencia inolvidable, y gran parte de ello se lo debemos a nuestro guía, Alan. Su profesionalidad, su conocimiento y su simpatía han hecho que cada día fuera especial. Nos ha hecho disfrutar y sentirnos seguros en todo momento.
Queremos destacar también la excelente calidad de los hoteles seleccionados. Todos fueron muy buenos, cómodos, cuidados y perfectamente ubicados. La estancia en la playa fue simplemente un sueño. Después de la intensidad del safari, descansar frente al mar fue el broche perfecto.
Queremos agradecer especialmente a Miguel, de Nyala Tours. Siempre disponible, atento a cada detalle, pendiente antes, durante y después del viaje. Tuvimos un problema importante antes de viajar y, sinceramente, si no llega a ser por Miguel, probablemente hubiéramos perdido nuestro viaje. Nos ayudó muchísimo, se implicó al máximo y nos dio soluciones cuando más lo necesitábamos. Nos transmitió tranquilidad en un momento de mucha incertidumbre. Se nota cuando alguien hace su trabajo con dedicación y corazón.

Thank you from the bottom of my heart!
We just returned from our trip to Kenya organized by Nyala Tours and we can only express our gratitude.
It was a wonderful trip, very well organized from the very beginning. The safaris were an unforgettable experience, and we owe a great deal of that to our guide, Alan. His professionalism, knowledge, and friendliness made each day special. He made us feel safe and comfortable at all times.
We also want to highlight the excellent quality of the hotels we selected. They were all very good, comfortable, well-maintained, and perfectly located. Our time at the beach was simply a dream. After the intensity of the safari, relaxing by the sea was the perfect ending.
We especially want to thank Miguel from Nyala Tours. He was always available, attentive to every detail, and helpful before, during, and after the trip. We had a major problem before traveling, and honestly, if it hadn’t been for Miguel, we probably would have lost our trip. He helped us immensely, was fully committed, and provided solutions when we needed them most. He gave us peace of mind during a very uncertain time. You can tell when someone does their job with dedication and heart.
