De nuevo viajando a \u00c1frica con Nyala Tours a Kenia.\u00a0 El trato y la organizaci\u00f3n, desde el principio y hasta la vuelta han sido extraordinarios.\u00a0 He conocido Kenia de la mejor manera posible, safaris en cada zona importante del pa\u00eds. <\/span><\/em><\/p>\n

Estuvimos en las reservas de Samburu, Shaba y Buffalo Springs con visitas a los poblados de los Samburus, una tribu de guerreros y pastores n\u00f3madas hermanados con los Masai con sus espigadas siluetas envueltas en mantas de color rojo nos invitaron a mostrarnos sus manyatas (chozas rodeadas por una cerca de espinos) demostr\u00e1ndonos su hospitalidad.\u00a0 En los a\u00f1os 1960 y 1970 se descubrieron m\u00e1s de 160 restos f\u00f3siles del hombre primitivo incluyendo Homo Habilis y el Homo Erectus. <\/span><\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Seguimos visitando las cascadas Thomson, con los los Kikuyu.\u00a0 El brit\u00e1nico Joseph Thomson las llam\u00f3 as\u00ed en 1883 y es donde las aguas del rio Ewaso Ngiro saltan desde 74 metros de altura en mitad de una selva cerrada. <\/span><\/em><\/p>\n

El parque de Aberdare cuenta con valles profundos, en forma de v atravesados por arroyos , r\u00edos y cascadas. P\u00e1ramos , bosques de bamb\u00fa y selvas tropicales se encuentran en altitudes m\u00e1s bajas, nos alojamos en el Treetops, construido entre arboles pero con charcas a su alrededor donde se concentra la vida nocturna. Te avisan si aparecen animales para que los observes en la noche desde tu habitaci\u00f3n\u2026<\/span><\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

En el Parque Nacional del Lago Nakuru, pasamos de la aridez del paisaje del norte a la feracidad de un gran lago salobre, con bosques de acacias amarillas y sus aves acu\u00e1ticas catalogadas 450 especies diferentes, flamencos, pelicanos, \u00e1guila pescadora\u2026 el bosque \u00fanico y m\u00e1s grande de \u00e1rboles \u201ceuforbia\u201d en \u00c1frica y el lago Navaisha, origen del 75 % de las exportaciones de flores de Kenia.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n

Pasamos tambi\u00e9n por las plantaciones de t\u00e9 (el mayor exportador del mundo) y caf\u00e9, de los mejores del mundo tambi\u00e9n\u2026 y en este recorrido vemos alternativamente el impresionante Monte Kenia y el escarpe del Rift mostrando la colosal falla que un d\u00eda desgajar\u00e1 \u00c1frica por el este. Poco despu\u00e9s de este viaje hubo un corrimiento de tierras que \u00a1abri\u00f3 la carretera por la que hab\u00edamos pasado!… <\/span><\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Fue impresionante ver c\u00f3mo un cocodrilo cazaba en el rio, a pocos metros del Lodge (siempre con mucha seguridad a tu alrededor). Vimos los tres tipos de Jirafas que se dan en los distintos parques, reticulada, Rothschild y Massai, la cebra com\u00fan y la Grevy, el ant\u00edlope Gerenuk, Elands, Topis, gacelas Thomson y Grant, \u00f1us, Impalas, facoceros, rinocerontes blancos en familia, el negro escondi\u00e9ndose\u2026 leones durmiendo despu\u00e9s de su caza, manadas con leonas cuidando de sus cachorros juguetones, guepardos preciosos solos y en familia, el leopardo majestuoso, hipop\u00f3tamos, b\u00fafalos, elefantes en familas, hienas, grullas coronadas, gallinas de Guinea, calaos, avutardas\u2026 En fin, vimos los 5 grandes, los 5 feos y muchos m\u00e1s… \u00a1Una ma\u00f1ana ten\u00edamos al rinoceronte al lado de nuestras Tented camp!\u2026 <\/span><\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Tengo que hacer especial menci\u00f3n a Masai Mara, me ha enamorado, una reserva que forma parte de la regi\u00f3n del Serengueti y que alberga el rio Mara lleno de vida imprescindible para conocer la belleza del \u00c1frica salvaje\u2026 Sabana con sus acacias aisladas, atardeceres con colores inimaginables\u2026 La armon\u00eda se instala en tu cuerpo, te unes a la Naturaleza y se abre tu coraz\u00f3n llen\u00e1ndote de amor por tu Tierra\u2026<\/span><\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Por supuesto, tengo que agradecer la atenci\u00f3n exclusiva de nuestro gu\u00eda y mencionar la calidad de los alojamientos del todo el trayecto, lodges de lujo, con bufets variados y exquisitos, instalaciones con todas las comodidades, piscina, espect\u00e1culos tribales, y canciones con guitarra al fuego nocturno\u2026<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n

Es un viaje que pretendo repetir y recomiendo a todo el que quiera sentir el contacto y la energ\u00eda de la Madre Naturaleza. Gracias a Miguel y Ravit por ser tan cercanos y tratarme con tanto cari\u00f1o. Once again traveling to Africa with Nyala Tours, this time to Kenya.\u00a0 The treatment and organization, from the beginning and until the return have been extraordinary.\u00a0 I got to know Kenya in the best possible way, safaris in the most important areas of \u200b\u200bthe country. \u00a0 We were in the reserves of Samburu, Shaba and Buffalo Springs with visits to the villages of the Samburus, a tribe of warriors and nomadic shepherds twinned with the Masai with their slender silhouettes wrapped in red blankets invited us to show us their manyatas (surrounded huts by a fence of thorns) showing us their hospitality.\u00a0 In the 1960\u00b4s and 1970\u00b4s, more than 160 fossil remains of early man were discovered, including Homo Habilis and Homo Erectus. <\/span><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

We continued visiting the Thomson waterfalls, with the Kikuyu tribe. The British Joseph Thomson called it under that name in 1883 and it\u00b4s where the waters of the Ewaso Ngiro river jump from 74 meters high in the middle of a closed jungle. \u00a0 <\/span><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

The park of Aberdare has deep, v-shaped valleys traversed by streams, rivers and waterfalls.\u00a0 Paramos, bamboo forests and tropical jungles are found in lower altitudes, we stayed in the Treetops, built on trees, but with pools around where the nightlife is concentrated.\u00a0 They warn you if animals appear at night from your room,\u00a0 to be observed <\/span> … <\/span><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

In the Lake Nakuru <\/span>National Park, we move from the aridity of the northern landscape to the fertility of a large brackish lake, with yellow acacia forests and their waterbirds cataloged 450 different species, flamingos, pelicans, fish eagle… the unique forest and largest tree \u00abeuphorbia\u00bb in Africa and Lake Navaisha, origin of 75% of Kenya’s flower exports. We also go through the tea plantations (the largest exporter in the world) and coffee, the best in the world too … and on this tour we see the impressive Mount Kenya and the Rift escarpment showing the colossal fault that one day will break Africa by the East.\u00a0 Shortly after this trip there was a landslide that opened the road through which we had passed! …<\/span><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<\/div>\n

It was impressive to see how a crocodile hunted in the river, a few meters from the lodge (always with a lot of security around you).\u00a0 We saw the three types of Giraffes that are found in the different parks, reticulated, Rothschild and Massai, the common zebra and the Grevy, the antelope Gerenuk, Elands, Topis, Thomson and Grant gazelles, Wildebeest, Impalas, Warthogs, White rhinos in family , the Black hiding … lions sleeping after their hunt, groups of lionesses taking care of their playful cubs, precious cheetahs alone and in family, the majestic leopard, hippos, buffalos, elephants in families, hyenas, crowned cranes, guinea fowl, ground hornbills, bustards … In short, we saw the big 5, the ugly 5 and many more … One morning we had the rhinoceros next to our tented camp… <\/span> <\/span><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

I have to make special mention about Masai Mara, I have fallen in love, a reserve that is part of the Serengeti region and that houses the Mara river full of life essential to get to know the beauty of wild Africa … Savannah with its isolated acacias, sunsets with unimaginable colors <\/span>… Harmony is installed in your body, you join nature and your heart opens up filling you with love for your Earth … <\/span><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Of course, I have to thank the exclusive attention of our guide and mention the quality of the lodgings of the whole trip, luxury lodges, with varied and exquisite buffets, facilities with all the comforts, swimming pool, tribal shows, and songs with guitar night fire … <\/span><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

It is a trip that I intend to repeat and recommend to anyone who wants to feel the contact and energy of Mother Nature.\u00a0 Thanks to Miguel and Ravit for being so close and treating me with so much love.\u00a0 It has been an unforgettable experience and I am looking forward to the next adventure with you ..<\/span><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n
