En primer lugar agradecer a Julio y \u00c1ngeles de Granada por compartir sus fotos y su magn\u00edfica experiencia con el viaje que les organizamos el pasado febrero del 2017 a Etiopia.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Etiopia es un pa\u00eds \u00fanico a pesar de su imagen negativa de pobreza, en t\u00e9rminos tur\u00edsticos es impresionante, es como una \u2018mini \u00c1frica\u2019 ya que en un mismo pa\u00eds engloba muchos de los atractivos del continente, fauna, tribus, paisajes y una cultura desde los iniciaos del cristianismo a las tribus m\u00e1s antiguas de \u00c1frica y todo con la hospitalidad de los et\u00edopes que hace que este viaje sea \u00fanico.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Un viaje completo a Etiopia se compone de 2 partes, una la ruta hist\u00f3rica del norte del pa\u00eds, con una serie de monumentos \u00fanicos en el mundo y un marcado car\u00e1cter cristina que es la identidad de Etiopia, todo junto a unos pa\u00edses realmente espectaculares.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

La otra parte ser el sur del pa\u00eds, centrado m\u00e1s en la naturaleza con parques nacionales y fauna y con la visita a las diferentes antiguas tribus que hace tener la sensaci\u00f3n de viajar en el tiempo.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Firstly, to thank Julio and \u00c1ngeles from Granada, Spain, for sharing their photos and their magnificent experience of the trip we organized for them last February, 2017 to Ethiopia. <\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Ethiopia is a unique country in spite of its negative image of poverty, in touristic terms it is impressive, it is like a ‘mini Africa’ since in the same country it encompasses many of the continent’s attractions, fauna, tribes, landscapes and a culture since the begining of christianity to the oldest tribes of Africa and all with the hospitality of the Ethiopians that makes this trip unique. <\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

A complete trip to Ethiopia is made up of 2 parts, first, the historical route of the north of the country, with a series of unique monuments in the world and a marked Christian character that is the identity of Ethiopia, all together with some truly spectacular countries. <\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

The other part is the south of the country, more focused on nature with national parks and wildlife and with the visits to the different ancient tribes that gives the sensation of traveling in time.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Patrimonio de la humanidad por Unesco es en verdad una ciudad excavada en roca.\u00a0 Desde el siglo XIII, es hogar de un conjunto de once iglesias monol\u00edticas ubicadas en la zona monta\u00f1osa de Etiopia. Hasta hoy, se trata de un lugar de peregrinaje de gran importancia para el culto cristiano, y en alg\u00fan momento hasta se las conoci\u00f3 como la Nueva Jerusal\u00e9n.<\/span><\/p>\n

En el pasado, Lalibela fue la capital de una dinast\u00eda medieval, y en aquella \u00e9poca vivi\u00f3 en la prosperidad y la abundancia. El paso del tiempo la convirtieron en un peque\u00f1o pueblo que, sin embargo, conserva su mayor tesoro: el conjunto arquitect\u00f3nico \u00fanico que, en nuestros d\u00edas, contin\u00faa fascinando a los visitantes.<\/span><\/p>\n

Las iglesias de Lalibela son en su conjunto una verdadera maravilla que combina arquitectura y naturaleza. Fueron talladas en inmensos bloques de piedra volc\u00e1nica rojiza, de modo que puede verse c\u00f3mo del suelo de esa roca surgen los muros de cada una de ellas.<\/span><\/p>\n

UNESCO World Heritage Site is truly a city dug in rock.\u00a0 Since the 13th century, it is home to a set of eleven monolithic churches located in the mountainous area of \u200b\u200bEthiopia.\u00a0 Until today, it is a place of pilgrimage of great importance for Christian worship, and at some point was even known as the New Jerusalem. <\/span><\/p>\n

In the past, Lalibela was the capital of a medieval dynasty, and at that time lived in prosperity and abundance.\u00a0 Through time it turned into a small town that, nevertheless, retains its greatest treasure: the unique architectural ensemble that, in our days, continues to fascinate the visitors. <\/span><\/p>\n

The churches of Lalibela are altogether a true wonder that combines architecture and nature.\u00a0 They were carved into huge blocks of reddish volcanic stone, so that it can be seen of how from the floor of that rock arises the walls of each one of them.<\/span><\/p>\n

La ciudad imperial de Gondar fue construida por el rey Fasilidas en el siglo XVII, y durante doscientos a\u00f1os fue el centro comercial y capital de la Etiop\u00eda cristiana.\u00a0 Esta dominada por su castillo que combina estilo local y portugues.\u00a0 Fuera del complejo est\u00e1 la famosa iglesia de Debre Berhan<\/strong> con preciosos murales.<\/span><\/p>\n

The imperial city of Gondar was built by King Fasilidas in the seventeenth century, and for two hundred years it was the commercial center and capital of Christian Ethiopia.\u00a0 It is dominated by its castle that combines local and Portuguese style.\u00a0 Outside the complex is the famous church of Debre Berhan<\/strong> with beautiful murals.<\/span><\/p>\n

Ciudad situada en el lago Tana y con varios atractivos, uno las cataratas de Tisisat<\/strong> en el Nilo azul y otro, sus antiguos monasterios de las islas del interior del lago. Especialmente, los monasterios de la pen\u00ednsula de Zaghe: y la iglesia-monasterio de Ura Kidane Mehret<\/strong> y de Aswa Mariam<\/strong>.\u00a0 En el lago Tana existen unos 20 monasterios que datan desde el siglo XIV al XVII.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00abEsta escena me conmovi\u00f3:\u00a0 La madre (etnia Dassanetch) estaba ausente.\u00a0 Hab\u00eda ido a comerciar al mercado semanal, a 9 km. de su aldea.\u00a0 El beb\u00e9 necesitaba la teta de la madre y su hermanita mayor le daba, a modo de chupete, su labio inferior.\u00a0 As\u00ed durante horas esperando la llegada de la madre.\u00bb<\/span><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

En esta regi\u00f3n se encuentran algunas de las tribus m\u00e1s remotas y aut\u00e9nticas de \u00c1frica en la regi\u00f3n del valle de r\u00edo Omo.\u00a0 Estos grupos \u00e9tnicos viven fieles a sus costumbres y tradiciones desde tiempos inmemoriales.<\/span><\/p>\n

Tribu de cuerpos esbeltos y altos, conocida por su ritual de iniciaci\u00f3n de los j\u00f3venes saltando vacas y sus mujeres muy decoradas.\u00a0 Los Hamer son de las tribus m\u00e1s hospitalarias y abiertas de todo el Valle Omo.<\/span><\/p>\n

Tribe of slender and tall bodies, known for its initiation ritual of the young ones jumping over cows and their decorated women.\u00a0 The Hamers are among the most hospitable and open tribes in the entire Omo Valley.<\/span><\/p>\n

Famosa tribu donde las mujeres lucen un enorme plato de arcilla incrustado en los labios o los hombres decorados con tiza en todo el cuerpo. Los Mursi son los m\u00e1s fotog\u00e9nicos y fieles a sus costumbres que apenas han cambiado.<\/span><\/p>\n

La tribu Karo son conocidos por usar ocre rojo y tiza blanca para maquillarse en sus rostros y cuerpos.\u00a0 Ambos sexos lo realizan para estar mas atractivos pero al mismo tiempo, intimidar a sus rivales.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The Karo tribe are known for wearing red ocher and white chalk to paint their faces and bodies.\u00a0 Both sexes do this as to be more attractive, but at the same time to intimidate their rivals.<\/span><\/p>\n

La atenci\u00f3n de primera!!\u00a0 Excepcional de verdad.\u00a0 Nuestro gu\u00eda Jemedi, muy amable y con un amplio conocimiento de la flora y fauna del lugar.\u00a0 Los almuerzos tipo picnic son fabulosos!\u00a0 Imag\u00ednense comer en plena selva, te ponen una mesa con mantel, tu sopa caliente, plato fuerte, caf\u00e9 y postre! Tanzania is beautiful, the safari and the accommodations I highly recommend!\u00a0 We stayed at the Manor at Ngorongoro Crater and Tarangire Treetops.\u00a0 First class attention!!\u00a0\u00a0 Really exceptional.\u00a0 Our guide Jemedi, very friendly and with extensive knowledge of fauna and flora.\u00a0\u00a0 Picnic lunches are fabulous!\u00a0\u00a0 Imagine eating in the middle of the savanah, they prepare a table with tablecloth, your hot soup, entr\u00e9e, coffee and dessert!\u00a0 <\/span><\/span><\/em><\/p>\n
