Un viaje impresionante. \u00a0Todo mi agradecimiento. \u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

Hab\u00eda o\u00eddo hablar a personas que hab\u00edan hecho esta ruta, pero nada como hacerla uno mismo. \u00a0El viaje ha sido perfecto, desde el primero al \u00faltimo d\u00eda. Iba con mucha ilusi\u00f3n y para nada me ha defraudado, es m\u00e1s mis expectativas se han ido incrementando d\u00eda tras d\u00eda. \u00a0Debo destacar que desde el primer momento que contact\u00e9 con Nyala Tours a trav\u00e9s de Miguel, todo fueron facilidades. \u00a0Tard\u00e9 en decidirme y cuando ped\u00ed el bloqueo de vuelos, se hab\u00edan incrementado. \u00a0Sin embargo \u00e9l estuvo mirando los mismos hasta el \u00faltimo momento por si se produc\u00eda alguna bajada (impensable en cualquier otra agencia). \u00a0En todos mis viajes, es la primera vez que veo esta profesionalidad y trato humano con el cliente por parte de la agencia. \u00a0Es como estar en familia, puedes llamar y contactar en cualquier momento y siempre hay una contestaci\u00f3n. \u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/em>En mi caso volaba con la Turkish y fue cuando tuvo lugar el fallido golpe de estado en Turqu\u00eda. \u00a0Inmediatamente recib\u00ed informaci\u00f3n de la agencia para comunicarme que todo estaba tranquilo. \u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

Quiero destacar: la organizaci\u00f3n, la ubicaci\u00f3n de los hoteles, en pleno centro, la elecci\u00f3n de los restaurantes, la exquisitez y preparaci\u00f3n de las comidas, todas las visitas realizadas, nuestro gu\u00eda Mamur que tantos buenos ratos nos ha hecho pasar, y para que el viaje fuera completo, las personas que he conocido y con las que tantos buenos ratos he pasado y lo que nos hemos re\u00eddo. \u00a0Y como guinda por parte de Nyala, destacar la atenci\u00f3n al cliente, con peque\u00f1os detalles pero hechos con gran coraz\u00f3n. \u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

Os recomiendo que si decid\u00eds hacer alg\u00fan viaje teng\u00e1is en cuenta a Nyala Tours. \u00a0Yo espero volver a veros en los pr\u00f3ximos. \u00a0Todo mi agradecimiento. \u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

A breathtaking journey. \u00a0All my thanks. \u00a0We had heard of people who had done this route, but nothing like doing it yourself. \u00a0The trip was perfect from the first day\u00a0to the last. \u00a0I\u00a0was very excited and nothing has disappointed me, it’s more… my expectations have been increasing day by\u00a0day. \u00a0I must emphasize that from the first moment I contacted Nyala Tours through Miguel, all were conveniences. \u00a0I took my time to\u00a0book my\u00a0flight, and when I did decide to, the price\u00a0had increased. \u00a0But he\u00a0was looking at flights\u00a0until the last moment in case of any drop of price occurred (unthinkable in any other agencies). \u00a0 In all my trips, this is the first time I see this professionalism and humane treatment with the client from\u00a0the agency. \u00a0It’s like family, you can call and contact them at any time and there is always an answer. \u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/em>In my case I was flying with Turkish and this was when the failed coup took place in Turkey. \u00a0Immediately I received information from the agency to communicate that all was calm. \u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

I want to highlight: the organization, the location of hotels in the city center, the choice of restaurants, exquisiteness and preparation of meals, all the visits, our guide; Mamur that made us spend many good times, and for that the trip was\u00a0complete, the people I’ve met and with whom I have spent many good times and how much\u00a0we laughed. \u00a0And as an icing on the part of Nyala, to emphasize customer service, with small details, but done\u00a0with a great heart. \u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n
