«Mi marido y yo acabamos de volver de el tour «El Oeste de Canadá en Tren». No tengo palabras para describir lo que nos ha gustado. Es un circuito que tiene el hándicap de que es en inglés, pero a cambio resulta muy relajado porque tiene bastante tiempo libre y los paisajes son espectaculares. Respecto a la organización por parte de Nyala, he de decir que me decidí a contratarlo principalmente por las opiniones de los clientes y, en segundo lugar, pero no menos importante, porque sus precios eran muy competitivos. Ese aspecto me tenía un poco preocupada por si los hoteles no eran muy buenos, o las excursiones no estaban a la altura, pero ha sido todo lo contrario. Puntualidad y perfecta organización. También nos solucionaron desde España un pequeño problema que tuvimos con un retraso del tren y además me puso en contacto con el agente de Canadá, quien también se portó de maravilla. Además del circuito programado en la web, yo hice varios cambios, como noches extra antes y después, y todo funcionó muy bien. Ya estoy pensando en mi próximo destino con Nyala. Gracias a todo el equipo.»

«My husband and I just returned from the tour «Western Canada by Train». I have no words to describe of how we liked it. It’s a circuit that has the handicap that it’s in all in English, but on the other hand it’s very relaxed because it has enough free time and the scenery is spectacular. Regarding the organization by Nyala Tours, I will say that I decided to hire the trip with them, primarily because of the reviews of its clients and, secondly, but not least important, because their prices were very competitive. That aspect had me a little bit worried that the hotels might not be very good, and the tours might not be to our expectations, but it was quite the opposite. Punctuality and perfect organization. They also solved a little incidence we had from Spain of a delayed train, and I also contacted the agent of Canada, who also gave us great treatment. Also, apart from the scheduled circuit on line, I made several changes, such as extra nights before and after, and everything worked out fine. I’m already thinking about my next destination Nyala Tours. Thanks to the whole team!»
