¡Atención extraordinaria!
Viajamos con Nyala Tours en nuestra luna de miel del 14 al 27 de Septiembre y tengo que decir que tanto la organización del viaje como la atención de la agencia han sido extraordinarias. Tras ver varias agencias de viajes y mirar muchos destinos nos alegramos de haber escogido el Safari en Kenia y unos días de descanso en Zánzibar. El Safari es espectacular, aprovechas al máximo cada día y vuelves con la sensación de poder haber contemplado y vivido una experiencia única, algo totalmente recomendable si lo que buscas es ver culturas diferentes y disfrutar de la naturaleza en su estado mas puro. Viajar con Nyala Tours es acertar al 100%, nos reorganizó el viaje por un cambio de última hora en el horario de uno de los vuelos por parte de la compañía aérea, nos atendió por Whatsapp durante el viaje con un par de contratiempos que nos surgieron y nos los solucionó rápidamente, cuando volvimos a casa se puso en contacto con nosotros para ver que tal había salido todo y si habíamos quedado contentos con todo, nuestra respuesta fue un SÍ en mayúsculas, en resumen, es una garantía de éxito viajar con Nyala Tours.

Extraordinary attention!
We traveled with Nyala Tours on our honeymoon from 14th to 27th of September, and I have to say that both the organization of the trip and the attention recieved from the agency have been extraordinary. After seeing several travel agencies and looking at many destinations we were glad that we chose a Safari to Kenya and a few days in Zanzibar. The Safari is spectacular, you take advantage of every moment of the day to the maximum and you come back with the feeling that you contemplated and lived a unique experience, totally recommended if you’re looking to see different cultures and enjoy nature in its purest state. Traveling with Nyala Tours is hitting 100%, we reorganized the trip because of a last minute change in the schedule of one of the flights by the airline company, we were attended by Whatsapp during the trip with a couple of setbacks that arose and were solved quickly. When we returned home, they contacted us to see how it had turned out and if we had been happy with everything, our response was YES in capital letters, in short, it´s a guarantee of success traveling to Nyala Tours.
